How to order

1. Place your order

Choose the cutter(s) you’d like and complete your purchase through our website.

2. Send us your photo & order number

After checkout, use the chat box on our site to send us your order number and a clear, high-quality photo. (Front-facing, well-lit photos work best!)

3. We’ll create a mockup

We’ll turn your photo into a portrait-style sketch and send you a preview for confirmation.

4. You approve, we create

Once you approve the design, we’ll prepare the 3D file and print your custom cookie cutter.

5.Shipping with tracking

Your cutter will be shipped from Germany within 3–6 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.
