Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All cookie cutters are made to order in our home studio. Please allow 3–6 business days for production, depending on our current workload.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

EU Shipping:
We ship throughout the European Union using Deutsche Post or DHL, depending on destination. All shipments are tracked for peace of mind.
