As each cutter is custom made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

We do not resell or reprint used items. Every cutter is freshly produced just for you and undergoes a quality check before shipping.

Damaged in transit?
If your item arrives broken or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Just send us a photo and we’ll take care of the rest.
