    • 200 g butter (room temperature)
    • 300 g flour
    • 180 g sugar
    • 8 g vanilla sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • instructions

    1.Mix together the butter and the sugar. Add the egg and beat on medium or slow speed.
    2. Mix together the dry ingredients.
    3. Mix everything together.
    4. Wrap the dough in cling film, then chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or overnight.
    5. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes using the cookie cutters.
    6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 7-10 minutes.
